23411-01 On Sunday, 09/23/2001, Flint Police were dispatched to an abandoned house at 910 W. 8th Ave for the discovery of a body. Upon arrival the spoke with children who were playing in an over grown area of the back yard where they found human remains, which were later identified as Monique Hemphill. Hemphill had been reported missing since 02/25/98.
